Operation Black-Footed Ferret / Mission S3-05 / Mission Briefing

Mission Objectives:
1.  Locate Purge.
2.  Capture and/or kill Purge.
3.  Capture and/or kill any of her accomplices.
4.  Maintain cover.

Background:
A person identified only as Purge and first encountered by Team Bulldog at Castle Winterstein is thought responsible for several recent deaths among metahumans and has become a priority for SAGA.  Yesterday, Purge infiltrated a meeting of high-ranking Freemasons who were magically preparing for a strike against the Cabal of Hermes.  Purge caused massive damage to the organization, but was followed from the scene by Agent Grimoire in astral form.

Team Bulldog's vacation is being cut short.  The team should prepare for immediate deployment to intercept and defeat Purge.

Location:
Agent Grimoire has tracked Purge to an abandoned paper factory on the outskirts of the tiny village of Box Butte City, Nebraska.  The factory is old and in disrepair but still has power in some portions.  Concrete walls and chain-link fence with concertina wire provide the only barriers to entry, and there is roof and subteranean acces in several locations.  It is unknown whether additional surveilance or security systems have been put in place.

Expected Opposition:

Purge:  Someone matching Purge's description has been sighted at several locations around the world in recent weeks, on a killing spree against metahumans of all sorts.  She should be considered extremely dangerous.  She wears a black trench coat over black armor.  She wears a black coif cap and telescopic goggles.  Purge is of average height and build but appears slightly gaunt.

Guards:  Several plain-clothes guards have been seen patrolling the factory armed with automatic weapons.  Security seems lax and the guards do not seem very well-trained.

Accomplices:  Agent Grimoire had to end his astral reconnaisance before he could determine if any other individuals were in the factory with Purge.

Operation Parameters:
The team assigned to this mission can select an appropriate approach.  Due to the location in a rural environment, it is somewhat important that cover be maintained.

The time frame for this mission is to begin immediately.

The mission team will have access to 20 points worth of SAGA equipment and resources.  SAGA has already arranged for high-speed transportation to the site.
